What morning brings

Morning today brought:

-sadness and prayers for the government employees on furlough
-the wonderful challenge of getting two children up and motivated for school
-a chance to give my husband a hug before he left to drive to bus
-a little less swelling in my hand ( slept on couch and propped up arm and slept with a pillow between arm and body)
-a determination to better serve Him and to be what he wants me to be
-the prayer to have a loving and kind heart

Lord, I give this day to you use me as you see fit.  Forgive my human frailty and help me be strong in mind, body and spirit. I am not perfect but I strive for to reflect you in all I say and do.  Thank you for loving this cracked pot who at times is a crackpot.  Thank you, thank you, thank you. Amen amen.

I am a wife, mother, and pastor. We moved from Bowling Green, Missouri to Idaho Falls in 2016. I am a native of Eastern Washington state. In 2013 I had 2 strokes in 8 days and this is my journey of faith, family and health. I believe no matter what happens in your life that God can use it for His glory.
