Returning

Long time no posts.  I had shut down from the world a bit.  I took negative things to heart and did not focus on the positive.  I quit writing as I couldn’t write with positivism and joy.  Now I am back.  There will probably be a few posts today. An update on my health journey.  An article I wrote for the newspaper and a poem.  So from famine to feast today.
